The information below is intended only as a repository of useful links to help you plan for your trip to Alaska in 2021 and as such is given in good faith. Official local government advice always supersedes anything you may find on these pages and it remains your responsibility to ensure you meet all legal requirements in effect at the time of travel.
Notice to travelers arriving in Alaska:
While traveling in Alaska you are advised to:
Practice Good Hygiene
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, practice good hygiene, and cover any cough or sneeze. Don't touch your face with unwashed hands.
Practice Social Distancing
When you have to leave home, keep a minimum of six feet away from others at all times.
Wear a Mask
The state does not require the use of masks by the public, however health and science experts recommend that you wear a mask in public wherever social distancing is challenging.
Get Tested If You Are Sick
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, isolate yourself from others and call a provider to get tested If you require medical attention, call your doctor before going in.
